2. We inform you that your contact details will be visible to the other members in the private area for the sole purpose of facilitating contacts between members in accordance with the corporate purpose of Skål International.

The MEMBER undertakes to maintain confidentiality with regard to the data of other members that it displays and will not communicate or use them for commercial purposes. In the event that the "MEMBER" uses the personal data for other than legitimate purposes, the "MEMBERS" shall be personally liable for any infringements committed.

3. The company in charge of the development of our website and the company that hosts our information on its servers will have access to your data. These companies have regularised with us the access to your data exclusively for the purpose described here.


No data transfer to other countries is foreseen by default.

All members are entitled to obtain confirmation on whether the Association is handling any personal data involving them or not.
