On 24th October 2008 in La Rochelle, France, the Quebec Skål Club and La Rochelle-Atlantique Skål Club signed a “twinning” pact during the same evening when the La Rochelle-Atlantique Club officially began their activities. Le 24 octobre 2008, à La Rochelle, France, le Skål Club de Quebec et le Skål Club de La Rochelle-Atlantique ont signé un accord de « jumelage » durant la même soirée que le Club de La Rochelle-Atlantique initiait officiellement ses activités. El 24 de Octubre de 2008, en La Rochelle, Francia, el Skål Club de Quebec y el Skål Club de La Rochelle-Atlantique firmaron un acuerdo de “hermanamiento” durante la misma noche en la que el Club de La Rochelle-Atlantique iniciaba oficialmente sus actividades.
